Refund policy

Because artworks are unique and/or made in limited editions, returns or refunds are only accepted if an item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement (where possible), or

  • A full refund for the damaged item

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout

  • Normal variations in colour, texture and detail are part of the character of original artworks and are not considered defects

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the courier. However, we will assist with claims where damage has occurred in transit.
