This website is operated by NotVeryKate. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to NotVeryKate. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Products

All artworks and prints are created by Kate Munro and are either original works or produced in limited quantities.

Due to the nature of original and hand-made artworks:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or detail may occur

  • These variations are part of the work and are not considered defects

Product images are shown as accurately as possible, but screen displays may vary.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Shipping

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs processes.

Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds are only accepted if an item arrives damaged.

Claims for damaged items must be made within 5 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to artwork, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Kate Munro and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not grant reproduction or commercial rights unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to package and ship all orders responsibly, but we are not responsible for delays or issues outside our control.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted in line with South African consumer protection laws.
